There’s nothing I love more than photographing couples who are both fun and easy to connect with — and Ally and Anthony were exactly that. They drove down from Visalia to meet me for their Morro Bay engagement session, and from the moment we started, their playful energy made the entire session effortless.

Ally and Anthony met and instantly clicked — one of those undeniable connections you can just feel. Now, they’re planning their wedding for this fall, and their engagement photos were the perfect way to capture this exciting season in their lives.

A Playful Morro Bay Engagement Session

Morro Bay is one of my favorite places for engagement photos on the Central Coast. With its wide sandy beaches, dramatic views of Morro Rock, and endless spots to explore, it offers such variety in a single location. For Ally and Anthony, it was the perfect backdrop to reflect their joyful, adventurous personalities.

Throughout the session, they laughed, chased waves, and simply enjoyed being together. Photographing their chemistry in such a beautiful coastal setting was a reminder of why I love being a San Luis Obispo engagement photographer — it’s not about posing, it’s about documenting the real connection between two people.

This fall, Ally and Anthony will say “I do,” and I already know their wedding will be filled with the same love and laughter we experienced during their engagement session.
