All photography services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once a signed contract and any required retainer are received.

Details regarding services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your individual contract provided through HoneyBook. In the event of any conflict, the signed contract will take precedence over website content.

Payments, Retainers & Fees

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your contract

• Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms

Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your signed contract. Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and limit our availability for other clients.

In the rare event that MacKenzie Rana Photography is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

Intellectual Property & Image Use

All photographs created by MacKenzie Rana Photography are protected by copyright law.

Clients receive a personal-use license as outlined in their contract. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Securing any necessary permissions or permits

• Informing us of any special circumstances that may affect coverage

MacKenzie Rana Photography is not responsible for missed images due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images and services, MacKenzie Rana Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
