Wedding After Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopement
I recently was the second photographer for Patrick Ang Photography and got to get to know, Kevin Ochoa (another fellow photographer of Knock Out Films) and his wife Emily, even more through their wedding. The two eloped at the Santa Barbara Courthouse and were eager to celebrate with family and friends in Nipomo at Dana Powers House and Barn.
Love at First Sight Still Exists
Kevin and Emily met on a call when Kevin delivered a baby outside the hospital where Emily worked. The officiant shared that she noticed Kevin hanging out at the hospital longer than he really needed to. It wasn't long until she asked Emily if she was single and her response was, "Kind of, not really." The rest is history, but one thing is for sure, love at first sight still exists.
Unique Ceremony | Dana Powers House
Every guest got an incredible view while Kevin and Emily stood face to face in the center of all their families and friends. When finally announced husband and wife they exited their ceremony to streamers and celebration.
BONUS TIP: If you want a grand exit that maintain authenticity but are limited on time with your media team, opt in for a ceremony exit like this instead of a mock reception exit.
Kevin and Emily's reception was lit by candle light and the two celebrated through the night. Congratulations to the happy couple, and here's to a lifetime of love and happiness together!
